Solicit Evaluation Surveys

This information applies only to Web bots.

The Web bot can easily collect the user’s satisfaction. This evaluation popup can be triggered in two ways:

(a) The chatbot can automatically show this popup after a specified number of turns (i.e. user messages). To specify this number, set the evalpopup parameter in the bot HTML snippet and paste the updated snippet to your web page.

(b) During a live chat session, an agent can trigger this evaluation popup, for the user to rate their live chat experience with this agent, as shown below, by clicking on the “Send Eval” button.
